Payment is due at time of service *APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY*
When you cancel your appointment within 48 HOURS PRIOR to the START TIME
of your appointment, you will be charged 1/2 of the appointment fee.
When you cancel your appointment within 24 HOURS PRIOR to the START TIME
of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.

This charge is due within 1 week of your cancellation or at your next appointment.
*APPOINTMENT NO SHOW POLICY*
When you do not show up for your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged 100% of your appointment fee.
This fee will be due at the time of your next appointment, or within 1 week of the missed appointment, which ever comes first.
**SICK CANCELLATION POLICY**
When you are beginning to experience or are experiencing cold or flu symptoms, massage may not be appropriate.
The massage could possibly tax the body, allowing the illness to take hold more and make you feel worse; or massage could possibly bolster the immune system, potentially enabling an avoidance of illness.
When you start to feel ill, and if you are not sure if you should come in, please contact me
AS SOON AS POSSIBLE by phone (NO TEXT PLEASE)
so we can make the assessment together.
If you feel you are contagious, please reschedule your appointment, there is no charge for cancellation under this circumstance.
GIFT CERTIFICATES & CANCELLATIONS
If you are planning to redeem a gift certificate, and have to cancel/reschedule your appointment,
please be aware that canceling within 48 hours prior to the start time of your
appointment will half the value of your gift certificate, and canceling your appointment within 24 hours prior to the start time of your appointment or "no shows" will void the value of your gift certificate.
